Terms of Service

1. Who may use Bubbble

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Bubbble. By using the service you confirm that you are, that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and that you are not barred from using the service under the laws of India.

One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

2. Your account

You register with your mobile number and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

The information on your profile, including your photo, must be your own, accurate and current. You must not impersonate anyone else.

3. Membership and payment

Some features require a paid membership. Current prices are on our Pricing page. Memberships are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

Membership is purchased in the Bubbble app, and payment is handled by Google Play on Android or the Apple App Store on iPhone. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a membership you have already bought.

4. How you must behave

Bubbble only works if people treat each other decently. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk or intimidate anyone
• Post content that is obscene, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit
• Upload a photo that is not of you, or that you do not have the right to use
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other members
• Use Bubbble for commercial solicitation, advertising, prostitution or trafficking of any kind
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other members' accounts
• Share another member's private information or images outside the platform

5. Your safety

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant us a licence to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must retain it by law.

We may remove any content that breaches these terms, without notice.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we reasonably believe you pose a risk to other members, or if required by law. Where a membership is terminated for a breach, no refund is due.

You may stop using Bubbble or delete your account at any time.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Bubbble available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Our responsibility to you

Bubbble is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that other members are who they claim to be. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by message. Continuing to use Bubbble after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
