Payment and refund queries
Email us with your registered mobile number, the payment date and amount, and the Razorpay payment ID if you have it. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what we can refund and how long it takes.
Privacy and data requests
To access, correct or delete your personal data, email the address above with the subject line "Privacy request". Our Grievance Officer under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 can be reached at the same email address with the subject line "Grievance".
Reporting a member
If someone on Bubbble has behaved abusively or made you feel unsafe, email us with their profile name and what happened. We treat these reports seriously and act quickly.
If you are in immediate danger, contact the police on 112 first. We will help however we can afterwards.
